Gregg Williams’ Tactics Draw Surprise Response from Brett Favre

As the whole "Bountygate" scandal surrounding former New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams continues to unravel, one thing we have yet to really hear are the opinions of those players who were targeted. That is until now, as former Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre has finally touched on the issue.
Favre's name has been one the most prominent in the ongoing investigations, as there was a $10,000 bounty to take him out by Saints linebacker Jonathan Vilma in the 2009 NFC Conference title game. 
When asked about the issue by Sports Illustrated's Peter King, Favre responded:
I'm not pissed. It's football. I don't think anything less of those guys. I would have loved to play with Vilma. Hell of a player. I've got a lot of respect for Gregg Williams. He's a great coach.
