Houston, We Have a Signing: Why Matt Leinart May Be Heading To the Texans

On the back end of Darrelle Revis' blockbuster news, recently released Arizona Cardinals quarterback Matt Leinart now finds himself away from headlines and attention, as he tries to desperately to find a new home before the start of Week 1 this Thursday.
Unfortunately for Leinart, his recent cut hasn't come at the most favorable of times.  Many players have been sent to the chopping block recently, and seeing as though the New York Giants have already answered their backup quarterback needs by signing Sage Rosenfels from Minnesota, Leinart's efforts are no longer needed in Big Blue.
Therefore, it's fair to say that Leinart's options are limited right now.  Most teams have found their chosen starter, and when it comes to backups, just about everybody else is solid in that department, too.
