Indianapolis Colts 2010 Season Predictions

The Indianapolis Colts must find a way to rebound from a disappointing finish to the 2009 season, where they lost to the New Orleans Saints 31-17 in Super Bowl XLIV. Luckily for this franchise, they have one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game in Peyton Manning, who has led the Colts to seven consecutive seasons of 12 or more wins, including a very impressive 14-2 record in 2009. Heading into the 2010 season, here is a look at what the Colts are expected to send on the field on both sides of the ball, plus my prediction on where they finish the season in the AFC South.
Offense: It comes as no surprise that the most important part of the Colt’s offense is No. 18, Peyton Manning. In 2009, Manning threw for 4,500 yards with 33 touchdowns to just 16 interceptions. Colt’s fans got a quick taste of what life would be without Manning when Curtis Painter stepped in and relieved Manning for the final two games.
