Is Ben Roethlisberger Guilty Of More Than Just Bad Judgement?

Ben Roethlisberger is in hot water...again. Wasn't it this time last year that we heard allegations surface about Roethlisberger assaulting another woman? Didn't he also get himself into hot water for riding a motorcycle without a helmet? An accident that could have taken his life but by God's grace he came out of alive.
After the first time he was in this kind of trouble, you'd think he would have learned not to put himself in those kind of situations again. Yet, a year later, here we are again and here he is again. The same trouble, the same allegations.
But is this time different from the first? Is Ben guilty of more than just bad judgement this time around? According to reports, the accuser did apparently go to the hospital and underwent a medical exam, though the results of that exam have not been made public.
Ben hired an attorney who, oddly enough, also represented Ray Lewis during his murder trial as well as rapper T.I. At least he has a good defense attorney who...
