Jamaal Charles in the Upcoming Season

During the camps and mini-camps, we seem to hear a lot of news about the young draftees. Players who are injured, in trouble, having trouble making the grade, and the ones refusing to attend their teams camps.

However, just try to pull up news on players who have been doing well. I mean, if you're interested about the progress of someone who did a good job last year and is expected to do well again, try to get solid info on them. It's darn near impossible.

So, I give my opinion, with reasons to back it up.

The good money is on Charles in 2010. Now, the fact that he and Thomas Jones are sharing carries this season may make him something of a risk if you are into Fantasy Football, but even so, not a big one. In the last eight games of the 2009 season, (post LJ), Charles ran the ball for close to 1000 yards.
