Jamaal Charles Injury: Updates on Chiefs Star’s Recovery from Knee Surgery

Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles is four months removed from tearing the ACL in his right knee, but he doesn't seem to be showing any lingering effects.

Charles Posts Workout Video Friday, Feb. 19 Charles tweeted out a video in which he is jumping rope:
As Herbie Teope of The Topeka Capital Journal noted, Charles' workout video is particularly encouraging because he's "not wearing a brace or sleeve on the right knee while working out."
Few running backs know the grind of rehabbing from a torn ACL better than Charles. The two-time All-Pro suffered the same injury to his left knee in the second game of the 2011 season, but rebounded in spectacular fashion the next season with a careeer-high 1.509 rushing yards. 
Another encouraging development for the Chiefs is how well the team played in 2015 after Charles was injured. They were 1-4 when he went down, lost their next game before proceeding to end...
