Jason Witten Could Move into 8th on All-Time Receptions List Sunday

Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten enters Sunday's matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers just three catches short of passing Terrell Owens for the eighth-most in NFL history, per Pro-Football-Reference.com.
For many years in Dallas, Tony Romo has been the one constantly connecting with the veteran tight end. While the Cowboys have shifted to Dak Prescott under center following Romo's back injury during the preseason, Witten hasn't skipped a beat.
Despite turning 34 in May, Witten's production largely remains on par with that of his previous few seasons. He owns only two touchdowns (off normal pace) so far but sits second on the team in receptions (56) and third in receiving yards (579)—on pace to nearly match those totals from recent seasons.
