Jay Cutler and His Wahmbulance: Ranking the 5 Toughest Quarterbacks

Jay Cutler had one heck of an NFC Championship game.  He completed 6-14 passes and left with what people believed to be a "knee injury". 
While I don't doubt that he was hurting, he was walking around and riding the stationary bike with only a slightly noticeable limp.  If I was a fan of the Chicago Bears, I would be furious at the entire situation.  There are quarterbacks out there that would have to be carried out on a cart in order to not be in that game. 
He deserves the heat he is getting.  However, there are some quarterbacks out there that define toughness.  Here are the top five toughest quarterbacks in the NFL.
