Jeremy Langford Injury: Updates on Bears RB’s Ankle and Return

Chicago Bears running back Jeremy Langford suffered an ankle injury on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys and would not return.
His status for Week 4 against the Detroit Lions is currently unclear.

Bears Unsure How Serious Langford's Injury Is Sunday, Sept. 25 Bears coach John Fox told reporters after the game he didn't know the severity of Langford's ankle injury, according to Adam Jahns of the Chicago Sun-Times.
Langford Has Failed to Show Consistency Early in NFL Career He had three carries for 31 yards to go with two catches for 15 yards before coming out of the game.  
Langford was thrust into a more prominent role for Chicago last season after former starter Matt Forte suffered a knee injury in Week 8. The team felt he played well enough down the stretch to warrant becoming a larger part of the offense heading into 2016.
