Kearse Unwilling to Take Less Money to Stay in Seattle Thursday, Jan. 21 According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Kearse won't let sentimentality affect his contract negotiations.
"I love my hometown, but I've put in too much hard work to give a discount," he said. "My No. 1 priority is to take care of my family's future, so I will consider all opportunities."
The 25-year-old wideout had a career year in 2015, catching 49 passes for 685 yards and five touchdowns. He won't be the best free agent available at his position in the offseason, but he's bound to have some interest throughout the league.
