Jets Record Most Rushing Yards in a Half for Any Team in 2014

The New York Jets ran for 210 yards in the first half of Monday's 16-13 loss to the Miami Dolphins, setting the standard for most rushing yards in a single half by any team this season, per ESPN Stats & Info.
New York came out of the gates with a run-heavy gameplan, which led to 131 rushing yards in the first quarter, also the most by any team in the first quarter of any game this season, per ESPN Stats & Info.
The early charge was led by running back Chris Johnson, whose impressive 47-yard scamper set up a 20-yard touchdown run by wide receiver Greg Salas to give the Jets an early 7-0 lead.
New York then took a 10-0 lead at the 12:01 mark of the second quarter, with Nick Folk's field goal capping off a 10-play, 44-yard drive that did not include any pass attempts.
