Jimmy Wilson to Chiefs: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

Free-agent safety Jimmy Wilson signed a one-year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs, sources told Pro Football Talk on Friday.
The five-year veteran spent last season with the San Diego Chargers, appearing in 13 games, starting six and recording one interception.
The 29-year-old took to Twitter after the news broke:
Wilson spent the first four years of his career with the Miami Dolphins after breaking into the league as a 25-year-old.
He had a delayed start to his professional career after spending 25 months in prison for murder charges that he was later acquitted of.
Since his arrival in the league, he's played in at least 13 games in every season, recording five career interceptions and 163 solo tackles.
After signing a two-year, $4.85 million deal with the Chargers prior to the 2015 season, though, the team cut him in December, and he hadn't caught on with another team since.
