Johnny Manziel Allegedly Spotted Drinking at Los Angeles Pub

Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel told TMZ Sports in June he vowed to get sober starting July 1, but the former Heisman Trophy winner was reportedly spotted drinking at a Los Angeles-area bar last Saturday. 
"He was with a group of five and stayed for 25 minutes," a witness told Page Six's Mara Siegler. "He had a ginger shot—a specialty drink with whiskey. And downed a rum and Coke."
Manziel has reportedly battled substance abuse issues for some time. In April, he was accused of breaking the terms of his lease on a Los Angeles mansion when he threw a party that resulted in damage throughout the home. 
According to Page Six's Emily Smith, Manziel and his friends were accused of throwing "two all-night ragers." 
"Mr. Manziel threw large parties on both nights, causing extensive damage," Niki Ghazian, the lawyer for real estate broker Nicholas Goodwin, who rented the property to Manziel, said, per Smith. "E...
