Stephen Jones: 'No Chance' Cowboys Sign Manziel Friday, Aug. 12 In an interview on CBS Sports Radio's Tiki and Tierney Show (via Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News), Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones shot down the idea that Johnny Football could be an option at backup signal-caller:
