Johnny Manziel Reportedly Won’t Be Selected at No. 4 by Browns in NFL Draft

Nobody knows what the Cleveland Browns will do in the 2014 NFL draft, but Jay Glazer seems to know what they won't do.    
During a radio interview with J.T. The Brick, the Fox NFL insider said that the Browns don't plan on drafting Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel:
Glazer later clarified that the Browns will not draft Manziel at No. 4, not that they won't draft him altogether:
Nevertheless, this would seemingly be a change of course for the team, if past media reports are to be believed.
NFL.com's Ian Rapoport tweeted out on Monday how intriguing of a prospect Manziel is to the Browns front office:
ESPN's Chris Mortensen, via The Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot, also reported that Cleveland was targeting both Auburn offensive lineman Greg Robinson and Manziel with the fourth overall pick. If both players are off the board at that point, the Browns would likely trade down:
