Josh Norman to Appeal Fine for Interception Celebration: Details and Reaction

Washington cornerback Josh Norman said he will appeal the $10,000 fine the NFL levied against him for his celebration penalty during Sunday’s 31-20 victory over the Cleveland Browns, per John Keim of ESPN.com.
Norman tallied a critical interception in the fourth quarter and shot an imaginary bow and arrow, which drew the flag.
According to Keim, Norman said he was previously warned about the celebration but thought he would receive another warning instead of a penalty because it was a different officiating crew.
The defensive back discussed his appeal approach and his mindset on the fine, per Keim: "I have my speech on it, and we’ll see what happens. I hope and pray they eliminate the $10,000 fine. That was too much. At the same time, we’ll see how it goes, and whatever the outcome is, I respect it, and I respect the league and what they’re trying to do."
