Josh Scobee to Saints: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

After playing in just four games in 2015 due to injury and ineffectiveness, veteran kicker Josh Scobee signed with the New Orleans Saints on Friday.
Scobee made the announcement on Facebook, and he signed a one-year deal, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport: 
Nick Underhill of the Advocate reported Scobee took the one-year deal because he "wanted to make sure economics didn't play a role since [the] Saints will have competition there."
The 33-year-old Scobee is set to enter his 13th NFL season after stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Pittsburgh Steelers.
The former Louisiana Tech standout spent the first 12 years of his career with the Jags before signing with the Steelers last year as an injury replacement for Shaun Suisham.
Scobee made just six of his 10 field-goal attempts during his tenure in Pittsburgh, though, and he admitted that he was dealing with a strained quad and hip flexor when he missed a pair of key field goals in a 23-2...
