Julio Jones Records Career High in Receiving Yards for 2nd Straight Week

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones caught 11 passes for 259 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 43-37 loss to the Green Bay Packers, setting a career-high mark in receiving yards for a second straight week, per Around The NFL on Twitter.
After roasting the Arizona Cardinals for 10 catches, 189 receiving yards and a touchdown in a Week 14 victory, Jones somehow outdid himself on a cold night at Lambeau Field.
The former Alabama Crimson Tide star was one of the few bright spots for Atlanta in the first half, catching five passes for 100 yards, even as his team found itself in a 31-7 hole at the break.
Jones did his best to erase that deficit after halftime, starting with a 79-yard reception that fell just one yard shy of the end zone on the first play of the second half.
The huge play sparked an unexpected rally, and the Falcons made it a 34-24 game when Jones caught a 22-yard touchdown pass with 12 minutes and 33 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.
