The Los Angeles Rams announced the firing of head coach Jeff Fisher on Monday, leaving questions about who will take over the team going forward. For the time being, John Fassel will take over as the team's interim head coach, and he'll hold that position for the remainder of the 2016 season.

Carroll Reportedly on Rams' Wish List Tuesday, Dec. 13 Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports reported Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll is a name that "intrigues the power brokers inside the franchise."
However, Robinson noted Carroll recently signed an extension through 2019, "making it even more unlikely" the coach would leave for his division rival.
