The Lions roar: Rise to legitimacy
Kyle Vanden Bosch, Ndamukong Suh, Matt Stafford, Calvin Johnson, Kevin Smith, Jahvid Best — These names are now all home in the Lions Den, and most experts feel could be found soon on a pro bowl list as well.
This season, the Lions will crawl out of Meritocracy, and maybe as high as the NFC North champs.
Picture that.
Am I crazy, or partial to the Lions? Nope, the closest I've ever been to Detroit was when I was in Great Lakes Navy Bootcamp. In fact, I'm a die hard Charger fan. My opinion is a totally unbiased observation. 
The Lions have had a terrible reputation over the past few years as being the bottom feeders of the NFL, but I believe this year, they are going to be back on the radar, and may shock a few folks. 
With the off-season acquisition of Kyle Vanden Bosch, their pass rush will improve immensely.  
Throw Suh on the line with him, and this has game changing potential. One things for ...
