Barkley Available for 'Right Deal' Saturday, August 22 According to ESPN's Dianna Marie Russini, Barkley could be on the move if the right offer presents itself:
In the first two seasons of his NFL career, Barkley has appeared in just four games, backing up the likes of Nick Foles and Mark Sanchez. As part of a revamped 2015 roster that sees him behind Sam Bradford and Sanchez, Barkley could be seeing a lot of time in the Eagles' upcoming preseason games. 
Throwing for exactly 300 yards in two seasons with the Eagles, Barkley has appeared to have taken a step forward toward developing into a legitimate NFL quarterback, according to CBSSports.com's Jason La Canfora:
