Michael Bennett Injury: Updates on Seahawks Star’s Recovery from Knee Surgery

Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett will reportedly undergo surgery to repair a knee injury suffered against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 6. The Seahawks have yet to release an official timeline for his recovery and potential return to the field.

Bennett's Surgery, Potential Recovery Timeline Reported Sunday, Oct. 30 ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, citing sources, reported that Bennett is expected to be out for two to three weeks after he undergoes arthroscopic surgery to repair cartilage in his knee. Rapoport reported the procedure could be conducted as soon as Monday.
According to Sports Radio KJR's Curtis Crabtree, head coach Pete Carroll said surgery was a possibility on Friday:
