Michael Vick: How Starting Vick Could Lead to The Disintegration of The Eagles

Michael Vick has outplayed Kevin Kolb so far this season. Kolb played a dismal first-half in week one against the Packers, while Vick played well in the second half. Vick then played phenomenally against the Lions in Kolb's absence this past Sunday. 
Kevin Kolb has not lived up to the expectations in his short career as an NFL starting quarterback.
It is not fair to judge a player on just one half of football no matter how dismal. Michael Vick has had dismal halves, even guys like Tom Brady and Peyton Manning have had dismal halves. 
To change starting quarterbacks based on one half will give players reason to doubt Reid's decision to trade McNabb, his decision to start Kolb, and subsequently other personnel decisions. 
Andy Reid named Kolb the starting quarterback at the beginning of the week, and today switched to Michael Vick. This is dangerous because it can lead to unrest and distrust amongst the players.
