The Jaguars are in a slump. Fans are beyond frustrated, the team has a lease keeping them locked until 2030, but the lure of L.A. is still strong.

The best solution, also the fastest solution, is to hire a new head coach.
One who knows how to win and maybe has a bit of a chip on his shoulder and something to prove. Maybe someone who is a bit of a Pirate, who would be ready to swing his saber like mad again.

And Leach is the shot in the arm this team needs. He is more then a shot in the arm. He is a big boot to the ass.
Has he made some mistakes? Sure, who hasn’t? Does he deserve a second chance?
