Mike Williams to Chiefs: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

The Kansas City Chiefs have signed former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Mike Williams to a one-year contract on Monday, the team confirmed.
Ian Rapoport of NFL.com first reported the deal.  
Williams last played in an NFL game with the Bills in the 2014 season.
A rather complex roster situation forced Williams to become a healthy scratch for the Bills' Week 6 loss that season to the New England Patriots, setting off a series of events that ended with Williams spending most of his time working on the scout team before Buffalo placed him on the waived/injured list in early December.
Even before sitting out a string of games, he was playing a limited role in the Buffalo offense. He didn't have more than two catches in any of the nine games he played. That was in large part due to a crowded Bills receiving corps.
