Minnesota Vikings Earn Their First Win As Adrian Peterson Runs Wild

He's back and looks better than ever.
After a "down year" that saw Peterson fumble seven times in 2009, six of which he lost, he has picked it up through the first three weeks of the season.
In each of the first three weeks, Peterson has gotten better with each carry. He's being patient and hits the hole with force, something that resulted in his longest career touchdown of 80 yards on Sunday against the Detroit Lions.
The Vikings defense has been solid against, but Peterson has been the rock that has held the team together. Had it not been for Peterson, this team wouldn't have stood a chance in weeks one and two and would have probably started the season 0-3.
Peterson hasn't fumbled yet and is currently on pace for 2,091 yards and 16 touchdowns. While I don't think he could hit the 2,000 yard mark, it's very possible with the way he's been running.
While Peterson has been fantastic thus far in 2010, there's one guy that has struggled mightily, Brett Favre.
