Montee Ball Charged in 2nd Domestic Violence Case: Details and Comments

Former Denver Broncos running back Montee Ball was charged Thursday for an alleged domestic violence incident in 2014, per Ed Treleven of the Wisconsin State Journal.
In February, authorities in Madison, Wisconsin, arrested Ball following a separate incident during which he allegedly pushed his girlfriend into a table.   
The most recent charges date back to June 2014. According to Wisconsin public records, Ball is facing felony counts of substantial battery and strangulation and suffocation. He's also charged with two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
Joel DeSpain, a spokesman for the Madison Police Department, said the victim came forward after reading of the allegations against Ball from February, per Treleven.
