More On Steve Smith’s Broken Arm

I briefly mentioned Steve Smith's broken arm last week when I was starting things up here at the blog again, so I figured I would get a little more in depth on the subject this morning with the return of the Monday Morning Rehab.
Just so you know, this feature will run every Monday from now until ... well ... our next hiatus, I guess.
Back on topic, Smith broke his arm and had surgery last weekend. He broke it playing flag football, of all things. The Panthers insist they will not go after any of Smith's money, but getting hurt off the job like this does not look good on Smith's end.
From the sound of it, Smith will not be ready for the start of training camp. Nor will he participate in any preseason games in all likelihood. However, he should be good to go for the start of the regular season, which is all fantasy owners really care about anyway.
Fantasy rankings should be adjusted accordingly, dropping Smith down a few notches most likely. Just because ...
