There is a certain bit of joy in knowing what time of year it is. Well it’s that time again. The equinox is past meridian and Mr. X has written another demeaning Patriot article.
It’s true, I usually wait until the summer days start to become minutes shorter before I log back onto one of my favorite sports internet sites; all in hopes of catching up with my favorite football team the New England Patriots.
I’m looking for the new stuff. How’s Welker's knee? Is the Brady deal done yet? How about reading something about all the new talent the Patriots’ have signed up?
Instead of getting some tidbit of knowledge on how I’ll be prognosticating the games this year, I get another eyeful of supposedly well-researched and groundbreaking analysis concerning the lack of talent a certain three-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback actually possesses.
Look, at the very least write me another “Brady vs. Manning” or “...
