New England Patriots: Which Wideouts Make the 2010 Roster?

I recently wrote an article about the Patriots' linebacking core and who I thought would make the cut. It was well-received enough that I figured I'd try to tackle (pun intended) another of the most interesting personnel groups the Pats have to sort through—the wide receivers. That's why I chose the quintessential Patriots wideout for the lead picture, Mr. Troy Brown. I find it fascinating when a player merges seamlessly with an organization and fanbase to create a synergy of respect and admiration that will long outlast their playing career. Think John Randle in Minnesota, Kurt Warner in St. Louis, Rod Smith in Denver. Guys who went from long shots to embody what the franchise and team were about. At any rate, we'd be lucky if some of this current crop of wideouts would come close to those creating those kind of memories with this team.
