The 2016 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis is in full swing.
Each year, the combine serves as the brain center of the league as it tests the majority of incoming talent from the collegiate ranks. Despite the importance of the medical evaluations and team interviews, the individual workouts headline the event.
The offensive linemen and running backs paved the way Friday for the quarterbacks, wide receivers and tight ends, who will be on display Saturday.
California's Jared Goff, North Dakota State's Carson Wentz and Memphis' Paxton Lynch are all considered potential first-round talents, and they're expected to throw in front of NFL decision-makers.
At wide receiver, Laquon Treadwell's 40-yard dash attempts were the most anticipated of any prospect in Indianapolis, but he decided not to run. The Ole Miss prospect is generally considered the top wide receiver prospect in the class, so his overall workout will still be highly scrutinized.
