The Bears Have To Take Advantage Of 29th Pick

The Chicago Bears have not had a first-round pick in a few years. Even though they finally return to the first round this year, it is with the 29th pick.

Given how bad the offensive line was in 2010, it seems like a no-brainer the Bears will draft an offensive lineman. But the Bears have not had great drafts, and this is one draft the Bears can not afford to screw up.

From the Chicago Tribune:

"Draftniks have been batting around the possibilities for the team for months, and most projections have them selecting an offensive or defensive lineman with the 29th overall pick.

"Both positions need to be addressed, and both offer potentially intriguing possibilities. What cannot be debated is whatever direction general manager Jerry Angelo chooses, he needs to hit.
