NFL Draft 2016: Selection Order and Mock Draft Post-Divisional Round

We're another step closer to the 2016 NFL draft order being set, with four more teams eliminated from the playoffs this weekend. 
CBS Sports' Dane Brugler had the most recent update on the draft picks that were settled this weekend:
Updated NFL Draft order: 25. #Steelers 26. #Seahawks 27. #Packers 28. #Chiefs
— Dane Brugler (@dpbrugler) January 18, 2016 The Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos will own the final three selections in the first round in some order. The New England Patriots, due to their Deflategate punishments, do not own a first-round pick.
