Here’s some sit and start advice as you set your lineups for Week 10 of the NFL season.
 
Quarterbacks
Start
David Garrard, Jacksonville Jaguars
Garrard threw for 238 yards and two touchdowns the last time he faced Houston, who ranks last in the league with both 298.3 passing yards allowed per game and 20 passing TDs allowed.
 
Sit
Brett Favre, Minnesota Vikings
You might be tempted to roll out the old man after his monster game against Arizona, but remember that was against a horrible team at home. He’s travelling to Chicago to face the Bears, who have allowed just five touchdown passes.
 
Running Backs

Start

Marshawn Lynch, Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks should stop the bleeding this week against Arizona. Lynch should help lead the way. The Cardinals rank 28th with 135.3 rushing yards allowed per game.
