Gabe Carimi Slides, Bears Pick Up Valuable Talent
Despite winning their division and playing for a chance to go to the Super Bowl, the Bears really were not that good last season.
They rode some timely plays into the postseason, caught a break with a home game against a team with a losing record in their playoff win and they very nearly got every one of their quarterbacks killed.
Jay Cutler is their guy (and should be for what they invested in him) but now they have to get him some help immediately.
The offensive line needs some new talent or Cutler will never get a chance to throw to his group of receivers that also lacks a true No. 1 target.
They have talented weapons on the outside but only Devin Hester truly scares anybody with his speed and he is as likely to catch the ball with his facemask as he is with his hands (a bit harsh but he is certainly not a reliable No. 1).
