The measurements have been taken, the bench press reps counted, the 40-yard dashes timed. Interviews were completed and drill performances were scrutinized.
But what does all the information from the NFL Scouting Combine mean?
The NFL Combine is about all the excitement an NFL fan can find in between the Super Bowl and April's draft. Thus, we cling to our televisions and computers for constant updates on who did what and how well and what that means for their and our team's futures.
NFL draft prospects showed up in Indianapolis to try to separate themselves from their peers. Some did what they hoped to. Others also separated themselves—but in a negative way. There are still pro days to be seen, but player profiles are taking serious shape at this point for NFL scouts and coaches.
