NFL Picks Week 14: Tampa Bay at Washington.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, despite being on the edge of beating elite teams, never can seem to.
That tells me one thing: they aren't an elite team.
But they are still a rising team, that has made an incredible turnaround after last year's disaster. Both Josh Freeman and Mike Williams are young improving players Buccaneers fans should be happy about.
Washington, on the other hand, has become a disgrace. That Donovan McNabb contract is going to look uglier and uglier as this season progresses.
Losing 31-7 is bad no matter who you play, even if it was against the Giants.
Prediction: Tampa Bay 24, Washington 16
