NFL Picks Week 16: Can St. Louis Stay Alive in the NFC West?

NFL picks Week 16 are here and this matchup between St. Louis and San Francisco has huge playoff implications.
Yes, I typed that sentence and yes it's true. Both teams are alive in the NFC West and the winner will have a great shot of winning the division in the final week of the season. Sam Bradford is the runaway winner of the Rookie of the Year award and it's amazing what his play has done for a team that was one of the worst in football last year.
San Francisco has struggled a lot this year and I think we'll see that against the Rams on Sunday. I think the 49ers falter here and the Rams move on to the big showdown against Seattle with the division on the line.
Prediction: St. Louis 30, San Francisco 23
