NFL Picks Week 7: The Raiders and Teams Whose Fate Won’t Be Made by QB Dilemmas

There is an overly abundant number of teams this season that are experiencing problems at the quarterback position, but there are a few teams whose fate, good or bad, won't be decided by who is taking the snaps for their team.
Here are the Raiders and the two other teams whose fate won't be decided by who's playing quarterback for them.
Minnesota Vikings
With rookie quarterback Christian Ponder set to make his first NFL start in place of veteran QB Donovan McNabb, it doesn't matter who is starting because they are facing the reigning Super Bowl champs the Green Bay Packers.
The Packers are looking even more dominant than last season, and will make quick work of the Vikings despite who they have playing at QB.
St. Louis Rams
