NFL Point Spreads: Dallas Cowboys Over Tennessee Titans By a Touchdown

The Dallas Cowboys went into their bye week with an impressive 27-13 win over the Houston Texans. That victory helped them avoid their first 0-3 start since 2001. Now, the Cowboys will try to build on that performance with another win over the 2-2 Tennessee Titans. If recent history is any indicator, Dallas should be able to get the job done.
The Cowboys have won their last five games following a bye week, and NFL odds makers expect this trend to continue. They have listed the Cowboys as a 6.5-point favorite with the total set at 41.5.
In order to extend their post-bye week wining streak, the Cowboys will have to end Tennessee’s 10-game winning spree against NFC opponents.
Tennessee can kiss its winning streak goodbye if it isn’t able to run the football or defend the pass better than it did in last week’s 26-20 home loss to Denver.
While Tennessee was able to rush for 122 yards as a team, star running back Chris Johnson was held to just 53 yards. ...
