NFL Power Rankings Week 12: Focus on the New York Jets

At my site—www.GuysNation.com—I do a weekly power ranking of all 32 NFL teams.  It's a hugely subjective process in which I try to account for a team's strength of schedule, margin of victory, good wins and bad losses.
Where do the New York Jets currently rank?
Before their Week 7 bye, the Jets were looking very strong, losing only one fight to the top-tier Baltimore Ravens.  They had wins over the Patriots during that span, but otherwise didn't face a lot of tough teams.
After their bye week, things haven't been inspiring for the Jets at all.
Getting shut out at home by the Packers when they had two weeks to prepare?  Terrible.  Green Bay is a top tier team, but a shut out at home is unacceptable.
Going to overtime against the Detroit Lions and nearly losing?  I almost thought the Jets were going to end up with a tie against Detroit.
