We're midway through the season, and at this point you get a better picture of what teams are made of. The pretenders start separating themselves from the contenders by playing poorly, and the contenders start separating themselves from the pretenders by winning football games.
It's not rocket science. You have talent, a good game plan, and you execute, you're going to start distinguishing yourself from the rest of the league.
A few intriguing matchups this week, with the Jets facing the Packers, the Patriots hosting the Vikings, and one top 10 team receiving a slap to the face that left them stunned and red-faced (from the slap and from anger).
