NFL Power Rankings: Where Does Every Team Stand Heading into Preseason Week 3?

It's dress rehearsal time!
Week 3 of the NFL preseason is about as close as we get to real, honest-to-goodness NFL football before Week 1. This is the game where teams will prepare for opening day. The depth charts are essentially set, and the starters will often play at least the entire first half.
However, Week 2 of the preseason did offer an extended look at many teams, including several tabbed as Super Bowl contenders entering the season. The Cincinnati Bengals and NFC champion Carolina Panthers looked in midseason form. The Seattle Seahawks looked like a team with some work to do. The defending champion Denver Broncos have the worst kind of quarterback controversy brewing.
And rookie quarterback Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys continue to be the talk of the NFL.
