NFL Predictions for 2010 Season: How Carolina Can Win NFC South

The Panthers are undoubtedly being marked off to win the NFC South this season. Not so fast though. The Panthers are an improved team and will compete for the division title. There are many variables with the Carolina team this year though. They have two young QBs, an unproven receiving core, inexperienced defensive line, injury prone offensive line, and linebacker Thomas Davis will likely miss the entire regular season and possibly the playoffs (if Carolina is able to make it there). But there is plenty of upside with this team. Matt Moore impressed when he was thrown into the starting lineup, Deangelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart form a record breaking tandem in the backfield, Jordan Gross and Ryan Kalil are Pro Bowl offensive linemen and Jeff Otah is a Pro Bowl RT in progress.
