NFL Predictions Week 4: Vegas Odds, Spreads and Picks for All Games

We have reached Week 4 of the 2016 NFL season—and thus our first bye week of the year. See you next week, Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles!
For almost everyone else, Week 4 represents the quarter mark of the season and the time to either begin breaking away from the pack, get their records back to .500...or start falling behind.
There are only five undefeated teams left on the season (Baltimore Ravens, Denver Broncos, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, Eagles), and on the other side, there are four winless teams (Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars, New Orleans Saints). Everyone else is trying to establish their identity.
We'll take a look at the point spreads and schedule for all the games in Week 4 and then break down some picks and predictions.
