The eighth week of the 2016 NFL season is almost complete. This means that the 2016 NFL trade deadline is almost upon us.
Unlike in other sports, the trade deadline doesn't typically lead to a flurry of significant activity in the NFL. In-season trades are comparatively rare, though they certainly do occur. For example, the Denver Broncos recently traded for tight end A.J. Derby.
Just because there aren't a lot of blockbuster moves doesn't mean speculation of such doesn't exist. The rumor mill finds itself churning this time of year, and this season has brought no exceptions.
We're going to take a look ahead to the looming trade deadline. We'll examine some of the latest rumors that have surfaced and make our predictions as to their eventual outcomes.
