NFL Trade Rumors: T.J. Houshmandzadeh To the New York Jets?

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Seahawks will look to trade or release T.J. Houshmandzadeh.
It's an uncapped year, let's be a New York team that takes advantage.  Instead of trying to force-fit David Clowney into a possession-receiver role despite having Jerricho Cotchery on the team, or trying to utilize his speed as a deep threat despite having Braylon Edwards on the team.   Let's get a true possession-receiver for young Mark Sanchez.
Clowney has played pretty well this preseason, but he still is not a better option then either of the aforementioned wide receivers.  He simply doesn't bring a different dimension to the passing game, and will be relegated to anonymity upon the return of Santonio Holmes in week 5.
T.J. Houshmandzadeh, however, does bring a different dimension to the passing game, and remains a useful option even upon the return of Santonio Holmes.  At 6'2" and 200 lbs., he'll bring size to the slot.  He isn't a game-breake...
