NFL Week 7 Fantasy Football: Josh Cribbs or Anthony Armstrong?

Should I start Josh Cribbs or Anthony Armstrong as my No. 3 WR? I am leaning toward Armstrong since he is officially starting opposite of Santana Moss for the Redskins today. Plus Cribbs is recovering from a concussion last week.

There's just too much speculation with respect to Cribbs this week to even consider him for the start.  He could get more looks with Massaquoi still out and as always he could break out with a big return touchdown.
Cleveland will play a very respectable New Orleans defense that has only allowed six touchdowns in six games.  Considering that one TD per game average, if the Browns do breakthrough with a score, since Colt McCoy will be under center it will probably go to a tight end or Peyton Hillis.
The Bears are also a tough matchup for Anthony Armstrong and the Redskins but it seems as though McNabb's trust in him keeps growing and growing each and every game.
