Nigel Bradham Sued over Alleged Fight That Led to Felony Battery Charges

The hotel worker who accused Nigel Bradham of assaulting him in July at the Hilton Bentley in South Beach, Miami, is now suing the Philadelphia Eagles linebacker, according to TMZ Sports. 

Bradham was charged with felony battery in the case and is facing up to 15 years in prison if convicted, though he pleaded not guilty.
The 50-year-old hotel staffer claimed he was setting up beach umbrellas for Bradham and the group he was with, but Bradham became upset over what he deemed to be "slow service." He alleged that Bradham punched him in the face, tackled him to the ground and continued to strike him before onlookers threatened to call the police and the linebacker and his group fled the scene.
Per TMZ: "The accuser says he suffered major injuries—including a concussion, cuts, back pain, a broken eye socket and a broken nose. He's already undergone two surgeries to fix the damage."
