NY Jets Video: Watch New York Coach Intentionally Trip Dolphins Player

December 13, 2010   ·     ·   Jump to comments

The New York Jets have already developed a reputation as the NFL's most obnoxious team in 2010, but something happened in today's loss to the Miami Dolphins that could officially make them the most hated team in the league.
If you didn't see what happened to Dolphins cornerback Nolan Carroll today, all you have to do is watch this video in its entirety, and you'll see why the Jets suddenly deserve that much more scorn.
The leg in question belongs to Jets strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi, who pretty obviously extends it in an effort to trip up Carroll as he was racing down the field to cover a punt.
Making matters worse is the fact that Carroll was actually shaken up pretty bad on the play, and he walked off the field pretty gingerly.
The Jets lost the game 10-6, knocking them further back in the AFC East race.
You stay classy, New York.
